My wife attempted to change the email address associated with her account but entered it incorrectly.  Arlo wants her to verify her email before letting her back into her account but that is not possible as the email address was incorrectly entered and we dont have access to the incorrect email.  Any idea on how to fix this problem?  I cant see to be able to reach anyone at Arlo and the Chat assistant did NOT help.

Same problem now 😞 

So stupid that you can't login using old email before you have verified the new email!

@8669hl by any chance did she make a post about it as well? I think I may have already sent her a meesage. If not can you please dm me with the email address for her so I can create a ticket for support to reach out. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.
