Can I set up multiple mobil devices with one base station, such as smart phones and iPads?

Yes. You can set up as many devices as you like. After all it's the accounts that log in.

The same account can only be logged in once at a time. If you log in from another device while logged in on the same account, the account will automatically logged off on the first device. So, you'll need to create friend accounts to allow other people to log in at the same time.
