VMS 3230 Library clips will not load and playback on MacBook Pro

Recently the video clips in the library will not load and playback. This feature worked well until about 2-3 weeks ago. They do still load and playback on our Windows desktop. Any suggestions for a fix?

Android or IOS ??

either way, uninstall and reinstall the app...since it work on the PC it's not Arlo

usu the issue are flash related
