VMC3030 change batteries message, but still wont work

I've replaced the batteries with new non-rechargeable after trying several of my other rechargeable batteries that work in my 3 other cameras.  I've tried to re-synch and it just comes back with the status to change batteries.  I think the camera is faulty, but want to try all other avenues first. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try both the app and web client to see if one works.

Thank you for the suggestion, but that didn't work.  I've given up on the camera.  I believe it has failed.  I've tried connecting it to the base station a number of different ways, including sitting it right next to the base station, removing the camera and adding a new one, different batteries, etc.  It just doesn't seem to be able to connect.
