Hi,
The app come charge the battery. However, I charged this battery with the provided cable for one night. it apps still come up charge the battery. This device's battery level is too low. Connect a compatible charger to charge the battery. I charge this device with different cable as well. It just had the blue light on.
Please advise.

It did not come with the charger. I think my one is essential one.

Typically, the blue LED means the camera is fully charged. WHat happens if you log out of the app and back in? Have you tried the web client (my.arlo.com) to see if that display is different?

I try log out and back in. It did not work. I discount the camera and try to pair my camera to the station. It did not work. Please advise. Thanks.
