Batteries won't charge

I think I have the original Alro Pro cameras, not sure where to check to confirm this.

Anyway, 3 of my 6 batteries will no longer charge. If I move one of the faulty batteries to a camera that I know works, it won't charge on the good camera either.

The app shows a battery charging icon but it stays at 0%.

Is there any way to buy new batteries for old cameras?

Remove a camera from the housing and remove the battery.  You'll find a label inside.

Arlo seems to have stopped carrying the batteries for the Pro and Pro 2.  However, there are third party batteries out there that you could try.
