This one has me scratching my head. This is my setup: I have two homes each with an Arlo hub and 3 cameras (6 total). I use an iPhone with the Arlo app, my wife has a Samsung with the Arlo app and I added her as a user, and I use MyArlo.com on my desktop.

Here is the problem: On my phone when I go to 'Devices' the cameras for my second home each say "offline" and I can't get live pictures. That hub says it's online and appears to be feeding the cameras motion activated stream, since I can go to 'Feed' and see recorded stuff from those cameras. My primary home cameras and hub are fine

On MyArlo.com, same issue except the cameras say they are "rebooting"

On my wife's Samsung, everything is PERFECT! She can see feeds and live streams.

I have tried restarting the hub several times with no luck

Any suggestions? I won't be back to the second home for two weeks so can't do anything physically until then

We both see "feed" and "dashboard". Miracle of Miracles, everything started working this morning. Both phones and the desktop MyArlo are showing live feeds in "devices"! Hopefully it stay fixed, because I didn't do anything to fix it. Thanks all for helping out

Are you both on the same app version? Do you see feed/library?

I need to check and see if we are on the same app version, she is Android I am iOS). We can both see feeds (recorded stuff) on our phones, and I can see feeds on my desktop with MyArlo.com, also the libraries. The difference is she can see the cameras live (Android), and I cannot see them live on either the iPhone (iOS) or MyArlo.com. iPhone says cameras are offline, MyArlo says they are rebooting. Sometimes when I check on my iPhone, the cameras on the "devices" tab show for a millisecond then go "offline". Very weird

You either have "Feed" and "Dashboard" in your app menu, or you instead have "Library".

Thank you again. Wish I knew what the original problem was
