Hi, I'd be grateful for any help you can offer.  I have a VMB3000 base station.  No matter what I try, the power light is solid green, the internet solid amber, and the cameras solid green. 

  • I have tried 3 different ethernet cords and tried swiching around the port each is plugged into.  Other wired devices are working fine. 
  • I have cycled the power of the modem and the base (tried the base first and also tried the modem first)
  • I have factory reset the base, sticking a pin in the back until the lights flashed.
  • I recevied a brand new modem yesterday but that did not help.  The installer did not have any suggestions either.

I am using AT&T and an Arris wireless modem.  Any ideas?  I really appreciate any help you can offer.
