I have new VMB300 with 3 cameras and have been unable to add the base station to the app or via web. I have no issue in light as both power and internet are green but the device is not getting added. I have reset it multiple time holding it longer than 10 sec with amber lights blinking and tried again. I have tried 2 different router both having different internet connections. What are my options?

That's a very old base so no real support is possible. FWIW, I had an issue with a base that looked like it should connect but never did. I tried a different base which worked first time.

i have the same problem i have 2 VMB3000 none of them connects to app

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.
