VMB 3500 Can't Having Issues Recording & New Modes

The Base Model is VMB3500 but I cannot find any information to troubleshoot any issues

1) it wont record more than 10 seconds

2) it wont safe  new added mode jus buffering

3) some of the sub link in the web page are not active; like disarm and and geofencing

What firmware version is the base station running? You can find this in Settings > My devices > Select Device > Device Info. Have you tried to reboot the base station?
