Hello! My VMA1000 just arrived from Amazon but with no install guide. Perhaps it is silly that I feel I need one, but I want to be sure to do everything correctly. I have been unable to find one from searching the forum. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I think he's talking about the install guide for the VMA1000 security mount that should have been included with it.   Otherwise, OP, I'm sure it's just the three screws (like the 3rd-party mount I bought on Amazon).  Feel free to post a link to that pdf if you find it; I wouldn't mind looking at it.

R_Lowe is correct. I'm referring to the VMA1000 security mount. It did not come with an install guide and there's no PDF of it that I can find on the Netgear site.

Here's a link to the support page with Netgear contact info; it has at least live chat and email info.  I'd just fire up the former and get an answer straight from the Arlo's mouth.  🙂   Good luck.

The installation kit included with the VMA1000 requires a drill bit of size 7/32.  I had to use live chat to get that information.
