I don't know what to do I never received the email to upgrade to Arlo I am a existing vuezone customer I have 3 cameras . Just found out in the end of 2017 my camera will no longer work how could I get a discount now could anyone help me could I still get a discount now or am I to late .

Hi James C, I'm in a similar situation and just realized my Vuezon won't be working after Dec...how can I fix that? Or get a good offer to upgrade? Thanks

Don't worry I spoke with vuezone customer service I was told I don't need to worry allot of vuezone customer reach out to them complaining about service being drop on December . Vuezone have said they will continue working with the old cameras I purchased 4 more camera .

Go to eBay if you want to purchase more camera many people don't know vuezone will continue to work with the old system and they selling the camera for cheap.

Upgrade eligibility emails are sent out in batches periodically by the marketing team. Keep an eye out for an email regarding upgrade eligibility.

I never got an email about an upgrade from VueZone to Arlo. I was wondering if it's still available. I have 2 base stations and 4 VueZone cameras.

Keep an eye out for promotional emails from Arlo. If you are eligible for an upgrade offer, an email will be sent to you with details.

Call up customer service and ask. That's what I did. I had a Vuezone setup with 2 cameras and was able to upgrade to a 4 camera system at a ridiculously low price. The system I received was refurbished. However I haven't had any problems. Also it's a night and day difference between the Arlo cameras/system and App vs. the Veuzone cameras/system and App. The Arlo Setup is so much better.

I have try to call 877-235-7693 and it was technical support guy, he told me that he does not know about any discounts. Is there any other number that I can call?

JamesC I too did not receive an upgrade email.  Two base units - 10 cameras.  Fresh 1 year service back in September.  Interested in upgrading to Arlo.  Use IPad app 90% of the time. Well at least I did... need help.
