I accidentally logged out.  When I logged back in, it "upgraded" the App, and I'm now missing some of the special groupings I had.  Is it possible to go back to the "old" App?

NOW every one of my FIVE cameras are offline after adding them to Arm Home.  It doesn't matter what mode I set now, and I KNOW the batteries are fresh, and I've unplugged and replugged the modem!!!!  They have now become absolutely USELESS!!!!   IS THERE ANY PHONE NUMBER I CAN CALL TO GET HELP?

I don't know what's happened to my comments, they seem to get buried in the string.  I NEED HELP!  NONE OF MY 6 CAMERAS WORK NOW.  THEY ALL SHOW OFFLINE.  I'VE TRIED REPLACING BATTERIES, UNPLUGGING THE MODEM, AND NOTHING WORKS ON ANY OF THE MODES!  IS IT THAT MY TRIAL IS OVER (EVEN THOUGH I'VE NEVER GOTTEN THEM TO WORK SINCE BEING FORCED WITH THE NEW APP????)? I NEED TO GET MORE HELP THAN CHATS - THESE SEEM TO TAKE TOO LONG TO CONVEY IDEAS.  IS MY TRIAL PERIOD OVER?  IS THAT WHY NOW NOTHING IS ONLINE?   HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No I cannot, since my Arlos are old.

I see that two of the cameras are still offline. If you have done all troubleshooting steps and done a reset there is no further things to try. They have been EOL since 2023.

Yes, I FINALLY got 3 of them to sync, but I only have a day or 2 left on the trial, so I'm NOT going to pay for them, ot knowing how the new app even works.  They will go into the trash.
