Since many days I am not able to login on my iOS App. I am on 16.1 version. However, I can login from the web portal but not from the app.

Solution for not working app “unknown Error”
Go the the website and change the the verification method from phone to email and then log in to app and it will work

I suggest updating iOS to 16.3 as the next step.

Or as an alternative try going into the wifi settings of the phone and forgetting the wifi and reconnect again to refresh the connection.

Updated to 16.3 and connected to the entire new network and even on cellular data. Also uninstalled and installed app from App store, still no luck.

Have you resolved it yet? I have the same issue and I have updated the phone, updated the app, tried on Wi-Fi and on cellular. Nothing seems to help.

I can’t login to the app. Just writing in orange unknown error.
1. I tried to reset password and it still didn’t work
2. Tried to login to web and it is working but not in app
3. I’ve tried to reinstall the app and didn’t help
