Base will not reconnect

My base will not reconnect to my app after rebooting

Need a lot more details. WHat base model? What have you tried and what do you see?

Arlo base model  number is vmb4000.   I removed my base hub from my arlo app.  Reset the pin.   I unplugged power from base and wall.  Plugged cable into base and into WiFi.  My phone is connected to the same WiFi.  Then added power cable and plugged into outlet. I tried adding base to my arlo app.  It says no arlo devices found.  What I see is green lights on power, internet, and camera.  But sometimes the internet blinks green.  I read that the blinking might be talking to internet so I have kept hubs connected to intranet after days  go

by I try to connect to the app again still doesn’t connect .  Sometimes the blinking stops. I have done this so many times.

Verify that nothing is in Settings, My Devices. Hold the reset button for >10 seconds until the LEDs start flashing amber. Let it reboot and try claiming again.
