Unilaterally changed?

I bought the arlo system because it had five cameras included and I could manage them without having to add any plan, about two months ago, they unilaterally changed the service thus violating the contract for which I bought that product, at the beginning it worked very well, but not now. I recommend not buying it.

They didn't change the terms for the free storage service.

 

Can you be more specific about what you aren't able to do now?

Same here. All of a sudden there are no more recordings and I am forced to subscribe in order to access my recordings?
