I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as I spent over $800 on six Pro 2 cameras, hardware, set up and continue to pay Arlo a monthly fee to be able to view the activity on these expensive cameras and protect myself and my home.  Since their website upgrade, I've been unable to watch live view as I get spinning circle and most of the time nothing loads.  And now I am told there is no support or technical support because these are end of life?  These are their own products and they charge a monthly service fee to their customers!!   Arlo does an website upgrade and now this crooked company cannot provide me any support?  And their only solution from their customer service team is to buy more expensive cameras.  Not every customer can afford $800-$900 every 4 to 5 years.  Arlo provides no support even while paying them monthly fees.  This is a scam company and there are sooo many complaints out there with customers getting completely ripped off without any concern or help from Arlo.  Shame on you!  I opened a case for some support so I can view the cameras I pay monthly for and bought and was promised in my case, in writing, that I would be shipped all new six cameras with RA to return the other cameras and very next day I’m informed they are not sending the cameras.  How can they lie to their customers, even in writing????  Liars and scammers and they are going to lose so many customers due to how they poorly they treat their customers.

I have been having the same issue and I have that problem on ALL my cameras; Pro4, Pro5, doorbell cam, etc.  So it isnt limited to an EoL camera.

 

I have another Thread called "Live Streaming from Browser" and waiting to see if it gets fixed.

Thanks for responding.  The bad thing is they wouldn't even help to troubleshoot nor did they ask for any details, which should be considered a technical support issue with their new website.  The customer service rep mostly had me on hold only to come back and recommend I buy all newer cameras since they couldn't help me or provide any support.  It's unacceptable especially paying a monthly fee to use their website and view recordings which is not working for me.  I hope they are able to help you but their only solution was for me to buy newer cameras (mine are only 5 years old and I paid $800 for them) - why would I even consider buying anything from them ever again after the poor customer service-no thank you.  Then they lied first saying they would ship me replacements then changing their mind the next day in the ticket I have open with them.  Good luck getting resolution on your issues.

@cinlin I do apologize for any frustration you have felt reaching out to support. I would be more than happy to help you troubleshoot the cameras and can escalate you to support if need be. Can we first have you try to log out of the account and log back in and see if that helps with the spinning circle you are seeing when trying to see the live view. Also, can you let me know if the Pro 2 cameras are showing offline within the app?

It's working properly for me this morning. Yesterday it did not so a fix has been installed.
