I hear from your email  that my contract has been terminated. I have a new credit card but I am unable to change the number of the new card on your website. I am also unable to contact you. 

It is now VERY URGENT . WHY are  you be able to contact me but I cannot contact you ? I need an email address or a link to change my credit card info.

You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
