Unable to reset base station

Removed my Arlo Base Statuon from my iPhone Arlo apps. Tried to redetect to no avail. Tried to perform factory reset on base station but the light did not go blinking amber. It remained green on power, internet connection and comeras detection.
Please help

Reset is performed by holding only the reset button until the LEDs flash amber, about 10 seconds.  Remove all devices in Settings, My Devices and then use the Add Device button on the Devices tab to add the base and sync the cameras.
