Unable to playback any video or motion

I've tried power cycling router and modem and base station. All I get is an error either not being able to play back or spends most of the time buffering...I checked my Internet speeds and just replaced my batteries...my wifi speeds are at a steady 34 gbps

Try logging out of the Arlo servers and back in.  Sometimes that helps.

 

Also, try both browser and app.  If still an issue, try the app when on only cell service.
