Since March 30th, I have been unable to manual record to the cloud via Chrome Browser.

I have a VMB4000 (with USB for local recording), 2 Arlo Pro's, 1 Arlo Ultra 2 and a wireless doorbell.

I can manual record to the Arlo cloud via my phone app ( using all cameras) , but not via my Chrome Browser ( browser app version 4.12.2_2 released Mar 1, 2024).

The Library shows files, but these browser created files show as light grey, with no image, which will not play in the browser, and when downloaded show the resultant files name as "undefined.mp4" with a file size of 1kb.

I suspect that the browser app is faulty.

Operating system - Windows 10 and Windows 11.

IT WORKS! I can record from browser now.

The system didn't record on its own for 5 hours today for some reason, but the other thing is fixed.

Postscript: My previous comment, that browser recording works now, mentioned that auto recording went offline. Which was late yesterday afternoon, after I did a manual recording from the phone app. Cams were recording at 3:53, I used the app at 4:05, after that the cams were online but not detecting or recording motion. Other than the doorbell, which "breathed" but didn't record. 24 hours later I spent lots of quality time with support chat. Process seemed reasonable: work through several automated Q&A steps, then having failed, connect with a person. 1st guy got antsy and disconnected while all my hardware was rebooting, which was irritating, but I got a 2nd rep on pretty quick and Selvakumar was literally magical, in that we got some hardware working through manual steps and then the rest mysteriously cured themselves. Really great end to a crappy day I'll tell ya.

And mine is also! Now I need to figure out why I get so much jumpy/jittery feeds while watching live and it only seems to affect a few of the recordings. My connection is good with a 17-25ms latency and jitter is at 8-20ms, which are not bad numbers. Maybe it's the VMB4000 base getting some sort of interference? I've moved it around the whole house but it doesn't change this issue. Anyone else seeing and hearing this during live view? There is also an issue where the base station will go offline on it's own for no reason and can take 5 minutes to hours to reconnect unless I intervien.
