Hi, I'm having major problems getting an Arlo Cam to pair with an R7000 router (Firmware V1.0.6.54_1.2.3), I seem to have finally paired them but the router isn't listing the camera on the Arlo page.
So I've tried to login to the arlo app with my username and password I've used for my netgear.com and all I keep getting is the following message "We can't find your email address in our system. Please check the spelling or try using another email address."
I followed another tip to change e-mail address under my profile on my netgear, tried to sign on to Arlo with that username and same issue.
Can anyone advise what I can do to resolve this?
