I received the email to gain access to my husbands camera. I created an account, but the cameras are not showing up through the app. On his end it shows that I accepted the invitation. Help please!

Does your app show "Dashboard" and "Feed" as options?  Or does it show "Library" instead?

Same question for your husband's account.

Mine says Dashboard and Feed.  My husbands says Library...

Your husband needs to update his user interface (UI) to be the same as yours or it won't work. There are ramifications to this since any custom modes he has set up won't be available so he'll have to use the 3 available modes (Armed Away, Armed Home and Standby) to do what's needed. There's also the issue of just needing to get comfortable with the new UI in the first place - he'll want to take the time to check out everything so he knows where things are and what's available. It's a significant change so set aside time to work with it. We're here to offer suggestions and help. BTW, there's no going back to the old UI but he should be aware that sooner or later all accounts will be updated to the new UI - we just don't know when.

 

Once he's on the new UI, you will need to click on Home at the top and choose the bottom selection. Each user gets their own Home location so you will need to choose his. I suggest renaming Home so it's obvious which one to choose.
