out of coupons

I want to become an Arlo customer so I signed up for emails believing I would receive a welcome email with a coupon code in it. I got the email which state "Out of coupons". I did this with two emails and received the same result. I read on the community to clear cookies, that did not resolve the problem. The coupons are not yet expired. This is not a great way to get new customers as this appears to be an ongoing issue as others have expressed.
