The above model of Arlo Pro has not been able to connect to the internet since 5/14/2018. The base unit is showing that the center light is showing a steady amber light.  I’ve rebooted the router and I’ve tried disconnecting the Ethernet cable and shutting off the base then reconnecting everything without success.

Same here, "Appears offline". The middle light on the base station is sometimes steady green, and sometimes off and on green. Need Help out here in Cali.

System just came back on line. Must have been a Netgear problem.

I have the same problem....all lights are green but no connection.....what's up with that?!?!?
