Our system was working fine until about a week ago. The cameras are sending recordings to the library; but I can no longer review/load any of the recordings in the library. The recordings are not downloading to my PC when I click on them. Please help.

Based on recent comments, I'm going to guess you're using Edge or IE on W10. The latest W10 updates seem to have caused a problem for viewing videos but Chrome and Firefox continue to work fine.
