Trying to get logged into my Arlo account. I have access to the email, but the code expires after only TWO MINUTES and it always takes longer than that to receive the message.
Please increase the timeout on this. Two minutes is way too short. I do not use the mobile app, only web interface.

Mortimer452,
With the mobile app, you can receive push notifications to verify that may arrive faster. Are you able to try using the mobile app?

First time using the mobile app also requires email validation, and has the same problem of expiring too quickly

Mortimer452,
I'm not able to replicate the delay you're experiencing with login authentication. I encourage you to reach out to the Arlo Support team to investigate the issue further. You can find support contact options here: https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx

Contacting support also requires the same 2-step verification system, which does not work because it expires too quickly. What other options do I have here? Two minute expiration is way too fast for email verification, this really just needs to be increased to 4-5 minutes. Not everyone uses GMail and gets their emails instantly.
