Two Factor Authentication Setup on (friend) iPhone

So, I've selected 2FA on my "admin" iPhone, that worked almost smooth.

Now I'm setting it up on my wifes phone (friend with admin rights I guess?) and the checkbox for 2FA will not be put to [ON].

Not on her iPhone, not via the browser on her phone, not via a desktop browser.

Can somebody help?

I'm afraid that she cannot use the babycam after the mandatory 2FA settings...

I just did this for my wife last night (on Android). It may be an issue if the phone is using the latest iOS (others have reported various issues) but I would start with rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app. If still an issue, use the Contact Support link at the bottom here.
