My original email is no longer active and since this is where messages from ARLO are sent, I cannot reset to my new email without help from a person. The Chat function keeps going in circles telling me to login to my secure app. BUT I can't because I can't receive the one time code or any other communication sent to that address.
This should be a simple problem to fix. I guess not
