Trouble with one camera not recording / How to change primary account user

2) issues 1) I have ONE camera that blinks blue indicating that it's on but will not record. All the others work. I've replaced the batteries in all cameras. Camera 3 just shows green and says it's time to change my battery? Also I would like NOT to be the primary person to control these cameras. Is there an easy way to switch primary holder. I would like my fiancé to monitor and she can just addition "share" the device with me instead? Thanks for your help!

Couleekid,

 

Consider removing the affected camera and then resync after it has been removed.

 

Log in to your Arlo account and navigate to Settings > My Devices > select the affected camera > Remove Device.

 

You can change your user name and password for the account under Settings > Profile. If you would like to share your account with another user (or in this case with yourself after you've changed the primary) this can be done via the Grant Access Feature.
