Was wondering if anybody has this problem or a solution for this problem.

2 out of 3 of my cameras say it's time to change batteries. After changing the batteries, it STILL says it's time to change batteries. We tried troubleshooting it by resetting, turning off and on, turning base on and off. Nothing works. We thought maybe it's an issue with the batteries, so we tested the batteries with the one camera that does work. The batteries work with the one camera that still works.

Does anyone know what's going on?? I just purchased these cameras in MAY and it's only September!! 😞

PLEASE help!!!!

Just had this issue. To get them to work I had to delete the camera from the Arlo Cloud and then resync them. In the Cloud portal go to settings and pick the camera that is not regestering. Then scroll down and delete it. Then resync the Camera with the Arlo base station (instructions below).
