Hello

I have had the Arlo system for nearly two years now, and have a good number of cameras and Professional Subscription meaning I should be able to add up to 24.  I have purchased two new cameras, but I am having problems syncing.  Following the instructions for set up with the Hub and the Camera.  The camera blinks blue, the hub flashes green for about 20 seconds, then goes off, but the camera keeps flashing blue as if it is trying to do something.  The camera does not appear on the software.

Is anyone able to advise please?

Many thanks,

Paul

Most common mistake is holding the base sync button, it is a quick push only.

I would reset the camera by pulling and replacing batteries too.

As to the pro level of service, your running out of the normal pack which very feww have, ( use to be a max of 15 cameras per base ) so the answers you need may have to come from a higher pay grade ( if not the normal troubles )

Paul1234,

This issue would not be related to the subscription plan. If after the suggestion above you are still having trouble completing the sync process, consider rebooting your base station (using the on-off button) and try again.
