Has anyone ever been able to get technical support or an answer to any question by phone I've never been able to get through need assistance just a few simple questions about security and battery life after charging Love the camera and it seems to be flying off the shelves but really need to do something about customer service and technical support

On Netgear Support page, there is a phone number, html and email contacts...  sometimes email is quicker

But most of your questions ( unless its a warranty problem ) could prob be answered on this forum ... In the right section ( this is the GO section )
