Since the update , they start recording after the action has happened, sometimes the recordings are cut in half or jumpy or there are two copies of the same person in one recording , this is not good !!! What is going on , they used to work fine when i first purchased them but the system would go off line . I have alway had trouble with this system from the word go .. and dont get me started on battery use !!!A lot of money spent on this . I am very unhappy , this needs sorting !!!

  What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? I do not want to suggest anything you may have previously performed.
