Tried deleting base/camera to reinstall but cannot locate

I used a suggestion I found in "Community" and deleted the base/cameras so I could reinstall, but it says it still can't locate?  It was working just fine until recently.  Any suggestions?

All devices have been removed in Settings, My Devices? If so, what are the LEDs on the base showing? You should have both power and Internet green and Cameras off or solid amber. If the Cameras LED is green, try holding the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Let the base reboot and try again.
