How to upgrade firmware as a granted access user?

A relative has shared his cameras in Australia which I am regularly checking due to bush fires. A message has now appeared on each image and I cannot get rid of it or find out how to delete. It is stopping me from viewing live data. Message is ‘a firmware update is available for your device’.
I urgently need to sort this but how please?

Hi @ARust

 

Have you tried to ask the admin user to see if they can update the camera or system manually?
