Transferred from Ring because of Geofencing. Battery issue, some compatibility issue, etc.

I had a ring system and I transferred over to Arlo because Ring did not offer Geo fencing. It was one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever made. Number one the Arlo system does not have a unique sound for alerts on iOS making the system virtually useless. Number two the system is sporadic on HomeKit compatibility I have an Arlo pro system which is compatible with it but the doorbell I got is not compatible. The battery life on these cameras is nowhere near what is advertised. What bothers me most of all is Arlos terrible awful the worst customer service ever.They have known about the issues for years and have done nothing to improve the customer experience. I steer everyone away from Arlo as quickly as the conversation comes up.
