My husband was the MAIN user I was the shared user. He died. I don't know his log in password and the email he registered several years ago is NO LONGER active. Where is customer service for this company???? I read that the devices, VCM 3030 Netgear, I spent good money on are no longer supported either. WTF!! I need help with this. I still have access to cameras, one not recording motion, BUT I don't have access to advanced settings the main user gets. I need to fix this. DO I deregister these? How do I deresister? If I do, will I be able to reactivate them under my name?? I have LOTS of tech items and this company is the LEAST accessible!!! A REAL live person chat would be nice.

Unfortunately, phone support requires a subscription (which your husband probably didn't have), and can only be reached using the app.
I'm tagging the Arlo mods ( @JamesC , @ShayneS , @BrookeN ) as one of them might be able to help.

Correct, they are end-of-life, and haven't been manufactured for some years now.
Still, if Arlo (no longer part of Netgear) can remove your husband's account for you (and also remove the cameras and hub), then you should be able to set them up again in your account. They will continue to function, although Arlo isn't guaranteeing that will always be the case.

An agent reached out. Thank you. Still not resolved. The agent calls and I keep missing him. He leaves no return phone number so I have to wait. I've already missed 3 calls from him. He did leave me a voice mail. Have no idea when he'll call again. He wants Proof of purchase but the photos will not send in the email link that connects to this site. Waiting....... Again. I appreciate all the help from everyone!
