Time zone

Acquired the cameras for use in Panama , I need a time zone , always use GMT -05: 00 Bogota , Lima , Quito , however from the options there and more like GMT -05: 00 New York City, but has a hour apart , could you please help me

prob daylight savings time mix up we use here... use -4 gmt

don't work, GMT-4 (Santiago, Chile) is the only option, but the time is different

Can you provide additional details as to what time zone you are located in and the time difference is between your actual time and GMT-4 (Santiago, Chile) so I can investigate this issue further?

My country is Panama. My zone is GMT-5 (Bogota, Lima, Quito), if I use GMT-5 (New York, New York, the time increases by one hour, if I use GMT-4 (Santiago, Chile) the time increases in two hours, if I Google it  "time in Chile", shows me, Santiago, Chile GMT-3

It also shows me Easter Island (GMT-5) and this if conincide with my time.
