Hi
I have set the correct timezones for the wireless pro camera in app settings for Melbourne Australia UTC+10.
However, the email alerts show my kid going to school at 5:27am (see pic 1) the email is received at 8:41am (which is the actual time my child is going to school). I can click on the email and watch the video clip, even though I have a schedule setup for 12am to 7am, so I dont want notifications at 8:41am.
Also, although I get the email notification (albeit when I dont want it due to the time issue) and I can watch the video clip by clicking on the email, there is no record of this movement within the actual Arlo App - eg nothing recorded in library. (see pic 2)
Pls help.

Try switching temporarily to a different time zone, switch back to UTC+10, reboot your base station and see if you still get the same results. Please let me know.
