outdoor motion range

using 3 wireless hd cameras all seem to be picking motion up at a very short range, in other words for it to detect on my drive and front door, to set it off someone needs to be right underneath it, cannot seem to get it to pick motion up further away approx 10-30 feet would be ideal, my cameras are 7 feet up , as set up describes and slighty pointed downwards, this also applies to the rear and side entry cameras

30 feet would REALLY pushing your luck. 20-25 feet is about the realistic max range. 10 feet shouldn't be a problem if motion is mostly side to side rather than straight at the camera. You can adjust sensitivity, if needed, in your modes and/or rotate your cameras down and position them for optimal detection (there are FAQs here on such things with full details). Post screenshots for suggestions.
