Time stamp on alert is incorrect

When an alert is sent from motion detector, it is fairly immediate. However, the date stamped is iff by about 5 days and time is incorrect. Is there a way to reset date and time to current date/time

No way to manually correct this but make sure your device displays the correct date/time.  Also, try power cycling the base.

Are you still seeing this behavior? Did rebooting the base station resolve the issue?

If rebooting the base didn't work, go into the settings in the app or through the website and check that your base station time zone is set correctly
