A family member's arlo app for the (Arlo 720P HD Security Camera System VMS3330W) says "This Arlo Device is offline..." This family member is out of state for a few days until April 1st, so I wanted to know if the days "offline" from now until then would still record and store live feed and motion detection in the library for when it gets brought back "online" or are these days completely blank and non-viewable? Thank you in advance.

The original wirefree system like this has no ability to store recordings locally. A question is whether the system is actually offline but only physical access would be able to determine that. Can someone go in and check the status of the base LEDs? If there's not 3 green ones, unplugging the base and plugging it back in should bring it back.
The usual culprit is a power outage, however brief, that causes the router and base to reboot. The base sometimes becomes ready before the router which causes a problem. Turning the router and base off and then back on, in that order, is usually sufficient. The use of a small UPS for the modem, router and base helps fly through power glitches.
