The dreaded 10 seconds

I know there has been a lot of talk about this, and i apologise for bringing it up again, i purchased the three camera system last week, and all was fine until i tried changing the above,i have followed everything that has been advised but to no avail,it always defaults back to 10 seconds, also when i add a mode it will appear on the mode page under geofencing then after a few seconds it disappears,any help to a newbie would be very much appreciated, i am running the app in android and ios but both do the same...thanks

Be sure to save when you make changes. Also,try the browser method - I've found that to work better lately.
