have you tried some of the other browsers?

 

• Firefox 3.5 or above
• Safari 3 or above (Except on Windows and Linux)
• Chrome

It is a year later from the original query........ I just got the same message using Safari 9.1.1. After installing the Adobe Flash requested, restarting the app and rebooting both the base station and my iMac i still get the message and cannot view any of my cameras live.

Do you see the same behavior on other browsers? Chrome or Firefox for example?

 

Do you see the same thing when using the Arlo mobile app or is the issue isolated to your iMac?

It works on Chrome, and on my mobile device and ipad. It appears to be a problem with Safari.
