Syncing camera

One of my cameras won´t sync. I´ve tried to shut the camera of and resync but no.

The camera is blinking blue slowly

I´ve also tried to restart the basestation.

The first camera I installed is working

What could be the problem?

What firmware is installed on the base? Should be 1.7.1_4638. If so, the reset procedure is to only use the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Remove the cameras and base from your settings and then add them back in. Does that help?

I have successfully sync my first camera but when I go to sync my second nothing happens. When I put my batteries in a blue light appears but when I go to sync nothing happens no light appears on the camera.

You press the sync button on the camera and get no slow flashing blue LED?  Swap batteries to ensure they're good.  If still nothing, you'll either have to swap the system at the store or contact support:
