I need help with a 2nd residence vms3230c

I purchased 3 kits  (3 bases and 6 cameras) to put one in each of our 3 homes. I set up the one at our primary residence without challenge, however, we cannot get the 2nd kit to work at our vacation home.

Details.  What have you tried? WHat are the LEDs on the base showing? Have you tried a reset on the base, holding the reset button on the base until the LEDs flash amber and then tried again?
