HI,
I have a 3 camera system and when I pulled up my Arlo app the other day 2 of my cameras were offline. When I went to re-sync the cameras for some reason the sync button on the base station would'nt work. Eventually after multiple tries I held the button for too long and the usb light illuminated amber. I eventually reset the base station, but to no avail. After depressing the sync button on the side of the base station the camera LED remains dark. (non-blinking) Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Resetting the base means you have to start fresh. Just to be thorough, reset agai, holding the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Go into Settings, My Devices and remove everything. Now use the Add Device button on the Cameras tab to add the base. Finally, press the base sync button briefly (<1 second) and sync cameras. If this fails, tell us the status of the base LEDs.
