I'm about to switch to another Internet Service Provider. How to I reset the Arlo base station to this new wireless ISP when I make the switch?

Power down the base station, plug the Ethernet cable into the new router/switch and then boot the base station back up.

The company came out and replaced everything (including the old cable) and all is well.
