Not capturing video

I just set up my cameras and receiving motion detection alerts. When I go to the video/screen on my phone there is only the view of the area to be monitored and no "people" shots. What do I do?

Not sure what you mean by "video" screen. On login you're at the Cameras screen and you'll only see a still of the last video recorded. You need to either touch the small green cir le with a number in it to see only that camera's videos or use the Library link at the top or bottom of the screen (depending on the actual device you're using to view). You should then see a calendar where you can select the specific day's videos. Click on a video and watch/delete/download at will.
